Democrats run businesses this way
Starting May 1, home buyers with a good credit score over 680 will pay ~$40 more each month on a $400,000 loan. A down payment of 20% pays the highest fees. Good credit score borrowers’ payments will then be used to subsidize higher-risk borrowers through lower fees. This is what they call “equity.”
Anchorage Daily News identifies as a news organization …
The Anchorage Daily News, funded in part by ProPublica, has been stalking its Republican target — Judy Eledge, a well-known political activist and a director at the Loussac Library who calls it like she sees it. She’s not going woke and she’s not shutting up.
Who else is in ProPublica’s target? Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. At least Mrs. Eledge is in good company.
Who is ProPublica linked to? Sam Bankman Fried, FTX, and Building a Stronger Future, a Democrat-look-alike operation.
The story was such a nothing-burger that readers weren’t even interested after the first day, but editors keep rotating the story to the top of the page. Over on the right-hand “most read” rail, the story is not getting the views. Editors are so invested in this “gotcha,” complete with secret tapes of Eledge saying spicy things that most people believe are within her right. When did the newspaper do an expose on the taxpayer-funded Alaska Black Caucus leadership calling whites racist?
What else has the ADN not reported on?
The Service High School principal scandal and the anti-Trump training that was forced on Eagle River High School. The goons were too busy attacking a conservative who speaks her mind, as protected by the Constitution.
It’s a clean sweep for the Marxist Alaska Center
Do you see how this works? They won all their seats on the Assembly and are now going after Anchorage's utility monopoly, Chugach Electric, to take over that board.
Bed Bath & Beyond files for Chapter 11
Alaska’s one store on Dimond Blvd. in Anchorage is on chopping block. Go woke, go broke — the company stopped focusing on profitability and went for equity instead.

The bills are coming at us fast and furious. Read all about them here.
Alaska Black Caucus sues Anchorage over policy body cams
The body cams haven’t been implemented in the timeframe desired by the ABC, a group that is funded by U.S. taxpayers.
Alaska Supreme Court decides, and gerrymanders for Democrats
It’s a long decision that boils down to this: What is the point of even having a redistricting board? The Supreme Court is going to gerrymander it anyway.
Downing’s Sunday Daily Caller column
The Democrats, ActBlue, the FEC, and the mainstream media are pretending ActBlue isn’t the biggest grift in campaign history.
Erin Brockovich accepts invite to Dunleavy’s energy conference
Guess who else is attending? Rahm Emmanuel. Daniel Yergin. And more.

Bud Light Veep gets the boot after Dylan Mulvaney flop
Budweiser used the TikTok persona of a 12-year-old girl to market its beer. Isn’t that targeting minors? How is that not criminal?
